Playa Azul Golf & Beach Resort

The hotel was wonderful. Our room was spectacular. The ocean view was wonderful also. The restaurants had various choices and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I felt pampered and appreciated. The golf package for the country club was great. We played 3 times in five days. The club staff was wonderful and attentive. Great hotel for a great price! Playa Azul was what I expected. The Sea is at your door step, our Sea front suite had a great sunset view. The daily breakfast is very good, as are the bar and lunches. We dined in town each evening with a Taxi always ready. There is good snorkeling within 100 yards, the dive operation was very nice on our dive trip, my wife snorkeled above while I explored the reefs below. May 24 to 28 2007 - the staff did all they could do to make our stay the best - could arrange activities from site. Common areas were not air conditioned and were open air which we were not used to or expected as a first timer to Mexico, but after staying at another location we learned how Costume and Cancun does things and adjusted - would return if we had the chance -remember that the cost of transportation is constant since you are away from the action hotel is a good place to relax. ...read more

Very peaceful, quiet and beautiful. The air condition worked great, every room has an ocean view with a balcony and it was pretty secluded. We never had a problem finding a beach chair!!.
